My name is James Koby. I am a veteran, tradesman, and a real estate professional. My passion for real estate began just before discharging from the Army; acquiring single family homes during the housing collapse in 2008. Since then, I’ve provided safe and comfortable rental homes along with a personalized customer service experience for my tenants.

Inspired by the words of a fellow veteran and investor to “own more of the country that you defended”, I launched The Koby Estate Company to expand my range of clients across the United States.
